Looking for something to soothe dry, itchy and eczema prone skin you are in the right place .We made this body cum face butter for people who suffer for extreme dry skin with scaly and itchy patches and constantly suffer with occasional eczema out burts .

I have customers who swear by it saying it works better than the steroid creams doctors prescribe which ultimately break our skin barriers  .

Made with shea butter and mango butter and hemp seed oil the holy grail for troubled skin and added geranium essential oil gives it a intoxicating smell with added benefit of reducing the inflammation markers.

HEMP SEED OIL FOR ECZEMA:

Some people refer to hemp oil as hemp seed oil or full-spectrum hemp oil, but the products are different.

Manufacturers produce hemp seed oil by compressing hemp seeds rather than the leaves and flowers. Hemp seed oil does not contain any CBD, which is the main active component in full-spectrum hemp oils.

Hemp oil, especially hemp seed oil, is rich in unsaturated fats such as linoleic acid, γ-linolenic acid, and α-linolenic acid.

These three fatty acids may help improve skin structure by helping the skin retain moisture. They also have a beneficial effect on dry, rough skin and can influence the fluidity of cell membranes and transport of electrolytes.

A 2017 study found that applying 0.5 cm3 of an emulsion that contained hemp seed oil helped moisturize the dehydrated skin of some participants.

Hemp oil also contains omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, and people with omega deficiencies can develop rough, scaly skin.

Hemp oil contains several compounds with oil-reducing, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties that may help improve acne vulgaris.

Hemp oil contains potent anti-inflammatory compounds, such as fatty acids, antioxidants, and CBD, that may help reduce symptoms associated with inflammatory skin conditions, such as skin dryness, itchiness, and pain.

A 2014 reviewTrusted Source concluded that applying hemp oil may benefit people with:

Hemp oil contains antimicrobial compounds and antioxidants that can help destroy microbes, such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi, that cause disease.

It also contains compounds that help strengthen the skin’s natural barrier, making it harder for microbes to enter the skin and cause infection or disease.

Hemp contains both α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid, which help repair UV skin damage Trusted Sourceby increasing the removal of melanin.

Melanin is the name for a broad group of natural skin pigments that give the skin’s upper layer its color.

Both α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid can also help reduce hyperpigmentation, or excessive skin darkening, that tends to occur with sun exposure, by suppressing the production of melanin.

We all know the benefits of shea and mango butter for skin and how important are natural fat rich butters in healing our troubled skin.

ESSENTIAL OILS FOR ECZEMA AND TROUBLED SKIN:

In spite of the promising research, essential oils may be risky for people with eczema and atopic dermatitis. “It's important to be careful which essential oil is used, as some can irritate the skin and have the potential to make atopic dermatitis worse.

We had to be careful in choosing our essential oils for this body butter as these potent medicinal oils can be harmful if not used properly so we decided not to blend 2 oils rather than go for just proven beneficial one essential oil geranium and be at just 0.5% to be extremely safe.

Geranium Essential Oil

Known for its astringent, antiseptic, styptic, deodorant, hemostatic, vermifuge properties, the sweet-smelling geranium essential oil has earned accolades in eczema treatment, too. Best of all, it effectively balances the sebum secretion and soothes the dry, scarred skin.

So if you are looking for something which is extremely nourishing and chemical and toxin free and works as good as medicinal creams this is it..

Gorgeous!!!

I absolutely love this body butter! It smells gorgeous, a small amount goes far and it makes my skin feel lovely. I use it after every swim (three times a week) and I'm sure it negates whatever the salts in the pool do! It's also lovely after every shower and I enjoy the scent of it all day long. Most of all I love that while I am benefitting no animals are suffering because of that. I will be back for more!

Too Greasy for Me

I have extremely dry skin and bought this for my legs and also face. Whilst I love it, it is too greasy for my taste and doesn't appear to get absorbed at all when I put it on my face. I use your Rose Non-Greasy Hand Cream instead.

Smell to die for!

This one's my favourite body butter. The smell is so amazing that it actually uplifts my mood and leaves me feeling calm & rejuvenated. Feels great on the skin. Has a deep moisturising effect. Really helps with my extremely dry skin. I like to use it all over my hands before sleeping. The fragrance really adds a vibe to a goodnight sleep.

Best tattoo moisturiser ever!

I initially received this product through a beauty box subscription, at first I wasn’t sure how to use it as I don’t typically have any overly dry skin. It sat there for a few months unused until I ran out of cocoa butter for moisturising my new tattoo, after scrambling around my products I rediscovered this.. So, I have tried and tested so many moisturisers/butters for healing tattoos and I can tell you now, this is by far the best. The product absorbs well and provides a lasting lightweight protection for dry / healing skin. I would highly recommend they start to market it for tattoo aftercare as I’m sure it would do really well. The fact that it’s natural means it fully agrees with the skin and has allowed my tattoos to heal beautifully. I can’t believe I tried this on the off chance, I will never use another product on my tattoos again. This is an absolute dream, I can’t recommend highly enough!
